Using whiteboards as tools

This is a communication tool that Thierforce created and uses in one-on-one meetings to help professionals that are “stuck in a rut” and cannot move forward. It is a way to draw out the issues in a safe environment and spotlight what can be changed, how it can be changed, and how you can ignite your value proposition.

Another component of the whiteboard drills Michelle utilizes is the “sticky note method,” which helps those who have an overarching goal or plan but cannot seem to move towards it on a daily basis. Michelle breaks big goals into smaller, doable tasks with the use of color-coded sticky notes.
